Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Personalization errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Most of our shirts are made from pre-shrunk, durable cotton that’s heavier than most t-shirt materials. This leads to a more structured look on the body.
